Connie and Craig Weatherup, honorary co-chairs
Connie was born in Missouri and earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Indiana University. Craig is a native of Syracuse, N.Y., and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from ASU in 1967.
Both support the university through gifts of time and treasure. Connie is a member of the ASU Foundation’s Women & Philanthropy while Craig is past chair of the ASU Foundation’s board of directors.
Connie has a long record of service in the community. Currently she is a member of St. Barnabas on the Desert Church and serves on the vestry, Memorial Garden Committee and Centering Prayer group. She also advises the board of directors of the Adirondack Chapter of the Nature Conservancy of New York and is involved in a number of other conservation issues, primarily in the state of New York.
Craig serves on the board of directors of Macy’s, Starbucks and the Nature Conservancy of Arizona.
Craig is retired CEO of Pepsi–Cola Co, beginning his PepsiCo career in 1974. In 1996, he was named president of PepsiCo Inc., at the same time serving as chairman and CEO of Pepsi-Cola Co.
